Professional experience working in 5 different countries. With great interest towards Self Development, completed her Masters in Applied Psychology. She has successfully conducted several faculty trainings, corporate trainings, mindfulness workshops, parenting workshops and professional student counselling sessions. She has provided excellent service in 1000+ counselling sessions. 

Trained as Certified International Career Counselling Professional and Coach. Understands Peace in career is really about getting honest with yourself about feeling right on what you are doing down to the bone.  She has also facilitated Expressive Art therapies and workshops. She also volunteers to conduct Patient Support Group meetings, art and movement based therapy for patient support.  

She is also an expert in conducting Mindfulness Workshops and Emotional Intelligence Seminars for working professionals to boost their career towards success.
