I came to know about Vriksha Career Counseling through a colleague who highly recommended their practical and personalized approach. At that time, my daughter was moving from Class 11 to Class 12 and was preparing for NEET, so we felt it was important to get proper guidance regarding her academic and career path.
From our very first interaction, the process was smooth and professional. The counselor clearly explained the available programs, and we chose the comprehensive counseling package. We were pleasantly surprised to receive an appointment within just two days.
The counseling began with an individual session for my daughter, where her interests, strengths, and aspirations were assessed through structured discussions and questionnaires. This was followed by a detailed feedback session that provided valuable insights and direction.
What impressed me most was the clarity and efficiency of the entire process. Unlike many counseling services that present numerous options and leave families to figure things out on their own, the counselor took the time to understand my daughter''s interests, asked thoughtful questions, and systematically narrowed down the possibilities before providing well-reasoned recommendations. The guidance for a Class 12 student preparing for NEET was especially valuable. She also explained alternative academic and career pathways that aligned with my daughter''s interests, which was both reassuring and informative.
Another aspect we appreciated was the affordability of the service. Compared to many other career counseling centers I have come across in Chennai, Vriksha offered excellent value while maintaining a high standard of guidance and support.
Looking back, although we consulted Vriksha a little later, when my daughter was transitioning from Class 11 to Class 12, I would strongly advise parents and students to seek career guidance much earlier—ideally in Class 8, Class 9, or at least by Class 10. Early guidance can help students make more informed decisions about their academic choices, understand the various career pathways available to them, and prepare more effectively for Classes 11 and 12 with greater clarity and confidence.
Overall, we are extremely happy that we chose Vriksha Career Counseling. The guidance was personalized, practical, and delivered with genuine care. I would highly recommend Vriksha Counselling to students and parents seeking clear and structured career guidance.

I came to Archana Madam seeking career guidance for my 16-year-old nephew, a government school student from a modest background who had just finished his 10th standard. Before I could even book a session, she spent nearly an hour on the phone with me, understanding the family''s full circumstances and giving me clear, practical advice with no sales pitch, no upselling, and no jargon. She immediately understood what my family actually needed, and shaped her approach around that.
During the session itself, which included my nephew''s mother at my request, she explained everything in a way the family could connect with and feel comfortable in. She made the whole process feel empowering rather than clinical. What struck me most was how she read the room and spoke to both my nephew and his mother in a way that left them feeling hopeful and clear-headed, not overwhelmed.
What happened next I did not expect at all. This would have been fit for a movie scene. The next morning, she had called a school correspondent and helped arrange admission for my nephew in a private school. Nobody asked her to do this. She simply cared.
